We are now into the yellow foods.. I felt immediately emotional when I woke up on yellow day!
Red food days felt good and earthing and I feel really drawn to eat more red foods ongoing. Some sacred sexuality issues came up on those days!
Orange days felt discombobulating and less focused and definitely reflective of a good dent in my confidence in the last years - confidence is a yang issue which brings focus so I have some more work to do on rebuilding my confidence clearly..

Yes I certainly want more joy, orange, and red, all the bottom chakras lol. What do you mean yellow days? Does this align with the moon or stars? Were the orange days last week?

well.... we are eating each chakra colour food for three days at a time working from the root chakra upwards. so its a 21 day cleanse all together.
Do you remember with the beetroot DNA reset the intention is to find out which foods your body wants?
Well I am noticing this is another way to see and feel which foods and energies within the framework of the chakras - are resonating or needing work, what my body is drawn to etc.. I definitely need to be working on the orange area/ creative chakra..
we have been wanting so much chilli amongst all of this too which is a glandular and metabolism stimulant and we cant seem to eat enough.. definitely most chillies are red so could be something to do with activating the kundalini at the base chakra which happens around 40! we shall see!
Yes, I remember the beetroot cleanse. I do it every once in a while, but am intending to do it every new moon. I didn't pay attention to which foods my body craved though lol, which is one of the best advices from the books. And to pay attention to which color of foods I craved, wow that just connected a whole lot. Thank you!
