Dear friends, Presenting you amazing invention of a Russian gardener Vladislav Fokin: ploskorez, Fokin's cultivator or Fokin's hoe, Ploskorez Fokina ("ploskorez" means flat-cutter) - a simple and versatile hand tool to replace usual gardening tools like spade, hoe, rakes etc, simplifying 20 gardening operations and essential for no-till gardening. HI Paul, we have made a sloping hollow log and put honey comb into it, but as yet we have not captured a swarm of bees.. how did you get your bees into the log?

I have a bee colony, in a sloping hollow log, as described by Anastasia in Book 1. Has anyone had any experience in keeping bees this way? What issues have arisen?

Thanks for putting together such a nice introduction to the group. I think getting in touch with the Earth via what you grow and eat was such a powerful message in the book series from start to finish; it just lays a foundation for everything else. Thanks again.
