we are working on a comprehensive water system for the property so all kins domains will have fresh spring water and our pond will fill up in the fall. so beautiful the way it reflects the mountains!

yes it is; we closed in April and are setting up a structure for people to buy in. One man is living there now, keeping an eye on things and doing fixup on the cabins. We need a permaculture person and a record keeper. I look forward to meeting you!

Billa, please come visit the newly forming Bigfoot Kin's Domains between Etna and CAllahan, California. it is so incredibly beautiful and there is plenty of camping space and some cabins. interesting area-the photos make it look like a city lot, I think the 75 acres is a mistake...keep us posted and let me know if you want to see the land a little further north, the 35 acres with 2 wells and cabins.

Aho Beloved Relatives,

I found this property up in Clearlake, Ca. My family and I are gonna be heading this way so I thought I might look around and was surprised and excited to see this. I would love to be able to purchase it free and clear but dont have that kind of cash on me, we would be able to put up some of it (a couple k) but not all. It looks perfect for a nice settlement, perfect. We will have to check it out personally though and see how it feels when we are standing on it. Probably heading out there in about three weeks.
