At 3:50am on October 7, 2011, Lana Love and Light said…: Nina, I had the most amazing dream about you and the property last night. I have been wanting to talk to you, but summer has been busy. I have been cob building many week ends this summer and this month I will be going to the permaculture workshop in Los Altos Hills where Billa will also be attending. My current thought if you would be willing to have me in community is to put my house on the market as soon as I return from the workshop and then head south. So I will try calling this afternoon so we can talk.

Is there snow in winter? Do you have a water source? How many shares are you dividing it into? It is a good idea to have a commercial theme for some of the land. Too many people start this type of project without considering an income and then end up working somewhere else to pay for their dream. Anyway, let me know how I can help you.

It's beautiful, wild, and edible! It's the next best thing to be outside the city. At least there is a sanctuary, and fresh food.
