Wow ...how many knew that the woman giving birth is Amber Haramein, the wife of famous physicist Nassim Haramein ? He says they planned their child for hours, child under a tree. What a wonderful combination, a physicist and a goddess. Heres' another video of a mainstream interview with them.

Absolutely lovely video Serena. This topic is very near & dear to my heart. I recently improved my experience of periods by conciosuly relaxing and allowing my womb muscles to do their thing when expelling blood from the womb during menstriuation. Because I was out of touch with my body & my feminity I would ignore the body processes and tense my womb agains the contractions and thus experience discomfort. Now its much more relaxed as I realise the pain was my resistance to the process and not the process it self. I think we as women need to take the time to nurture ourselves during menstruation & childbirth and those uniquely physical processes. This is part of the reason I don't think its natural for women to be in the workplace because as John Gray put it 'women are like waves' we have many different fluctuations that happen in our bodies and lives and should be free to go with the flow :) :) Anywhoo.. good stuff. Love you my Goddess sisters :)

Wow, thanks for sharing this. I've been living with fear of a childbirth since I was little.  I'm very very slim and people have always told me I'll have great difficulties. Watching this is so liberating...
